If you wish to see MEN in its original format, here are the instructs:
1) Download this font. This is the font that the book was written in. It is supposed to be embedded but it's a quaint little strange font so sometimes it doesn't work. This font makes MEN 150-200% more readable.
2) Install the font. Don't be silly. Just go to Control Panel > Fonts, etc. It's very easy. Don't be a nobber.
3) Download the .pdf here.
4) Quit being such a knucklehead.
